HOLIDAY CLOSING TO OBSERVE MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY
The Mansfield Council On Aging will be closed on Monday, January 19th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr., Day. There will be no meals or programs, and Dial-A-Ride medical transportation may be available on a limited basis. Please plan accordingly. return to menu

MEALS PROGRAMS FOR SENIORS
The Mansfield Council On Aging offers Mansfield seniors two meals programs through Bristol Elder Services, Inc. Meals On Wheels is a home delivered meals program for homebound and frail individuals age 60 and older, and participants receive meals delivered Monday through Friday for the noon time meal. Applications for this program are through the Nutrition Department at Bristol Elder Services, and may be requested by calling them at 1-508-324-4619. Congregate Site Lunch offers seniors age 60 and older a daily meal at the Council On Aging at 11:30 AM each day, and must be ordered by 10:00 AM of the previous business day. BEACONS AVAILABLE
Mansfield Triad has Emergency Beacons for sale for $5 each. The beacons are designed to flash when the light switch is toggled to alert rescue staff to the location of an emergency call when used in an outdoor fixture. The beacons may be purchased at the COA. return to menu

TAX PREP SERVICES
It is anticipated that AARP will again offer free tax preparation services for seniors at the Mansfield COA starting in February. For more information, please call the COA in mid-January at 508-261-7368. return to menu
